If you wish to return or exchange your Beis order, go to the returns portal, enter your order number and postcode and click ‘Start Return’.
To make a return or exchange, you must do so by emailing help@beis.com within 14 days of receiving the goods. If you contact the brand after 14 days, Beis will no longer be able to grant a return or exchange.
After scanning the policies for this Beis travel bag review, I read on the Beis returns portal that some items can be returned within 90 days of purchase. I’m not 100% sure which ones these are, so I think it’s better to email within 14 days of receiving the order to be sure.
Returns are subject to a $10 handling fee, and refunds are issued either to the original method of payment or as shop credit.

A limited lifetime warranty that covers cracks or breaks in the shell, wheels, handles and telescopic handles that are unusable, it also covers zips that break or malfunction, and tears in the fabric.
