Novilla Bliss Mattress Review
Novilla is a new brand that focuses on affordability.
They offer a variety of models and thicknesses at competitive prices. In this review, we focus on the Novilla Bliss foam model, a 10-inch (approx. 25 cm) thick foam mattress.
They offer four different models—including all-foam and hybrid options—available in 8, 10, or 12-inch thicknesses. Although manufactured in China, they use CertiPUR-US certified foams, meaning they meet the same standards as mattresses made in the United States.

Novilla Bliss Mattress Review: Firmness and Sleep Feel
One of the most important aspects of a new Novilla mattress is the feel it offers when you sleep on it.
First of all, I generally prefer mattresses thicker than 10 inches for adults. As a rule, thinner mattresses like this one do not usually offer as much support or comfort; however, this model is surprisingly pleasant considering its price, and I believe there is a good reason for this, which I will explain below.
Analysis of the Novilla Bliss mattress feel:

Generally, 10-inch (approx. 25 cm) foam mattresses tend to feel either too firm or prone to bottoming out too easily. To prevent this sinking, a mattress of this thickness—or thinner—requires a firm, resilient foam core, which can sometimes result in an overly rigid feel. This mattress strikes an excellent balance: the core is firm, yet the convoluted (textured) foam layer provides greater surface softness and comfort compared to a solid foam layer. This delivers the necessary softness at the top without compromising core stability, ensuring adults don't bottom out when lying down.
Overall, the feel is pleasant; the gel memory foam is responsive, so there is no sensation of being trapped in the mattress. The convoluted layer adds extra softness beneath the top two layers.
In short, it offers a very pleasant feel for a 10-inch mattress, especially considering the price. I would rate its firmness a 6 out of 10 (where 10 represents maximum firmness). This level of firmness is suitable for most sleeping positions.
Novilla Bliss mattress temperature analysis:
The last thing you want is for the Novilla mattress to retain heat. During the summer months, it would feel like sleeping on a heater, causing you to sweat at night. Fortunately, the Whisper model features characteristics that help keep it cooler.
First, the cover is breathable, allowing for air circulation.
Additionally, it uses a layer of gel-infused memory foam; this type of foam does not retain heat as much as conventional memory foam.
Another feature contributing to a cooler feel is the profiled (or textured) foam layer—a positive detail given that the mattress lacks a coil system. This profiled layer (visible below) facilitates better airflow compared to a solid foam core.
In my tests, this mattress did not retain excessive heat, so temperature buildup was not an issue for sleeping.
Novilla Mattress Analysis: Motion Transfer
The Novilla Bliss mattress is made entirely of foam; it does not feature traditional or pocket spring systems.
In general, foam mattresses are the best at minimizing motion transfer. This model exhibits very low motion transfer; consequently, you won't notice your partner's movements, changes in position, or getting in and out of bed as much as you would with a spring mattress.
Analysis of edge support for the Novilla mattress.

Edge support on the Novilla Bliss mattress is fair. While lying down, I didn't feel like I was rolling off the bed, but performance is merely average when sitting. It sinks quite a bit when sitting on the edge—something common with many foam mattresses or thinner models.
That said, the mattress performs well while lying down, which is the most important factor for ensuring you can utilize the entire sleeping surface—or most of it—without feeling like you are sliding off.
If sitting on the edge of the bed is important to you, you might prefer a thicker model or one that features reinforced foam edges.

Novilla Mattress Review: Off-gassing
One of the advantages of using eco-friendly materials (as Full Moon does with its CertiPUR-US certified foams) is the absence of harmful chemicals. As with most mattresses, you may notice a slight initial odor; however, this will dissipate quickly. You can speed up the airing-out process by opening a window.
Any odor associated with the Novilla mattress should disappear completely within a few days.
Novilla Mattress Review Conclusion
General Summary
Overall, this company offers attractive products that fit most people's budgets. I generally prefer thicker mattresses—over 10 inches—for daily adult use; however, this model performs quite well for a 10-inch mattress, especially considering its low price.
It offers a very pleasant feel and is excellently priced. One downside is that it is not manufactured in the United States.
