Apt2B ships throughout the United States, with the exception of Alaska and Hawaii. Shipping is always free and you can upgrade shipping to the White Glove Room of Choice + Assembly service for $99.

Most items are available for delivery within 5-10 days, but if you would like to inquire about the availability of the item before ordering, you can contact Apt2B with any questions.

I would like to point out that any damage or product defects must be clearly noted on the shipping paperwork at the time of delivery. You will be contacted to arrange a day/time for delivery once your product arrives at your local delivery center. If you are NOT at home on the agreed day/time, you will be charged a second delivery attempt fee equal to the cost of the actual delivery.

What is Apt2B’s return policy?
Apt2B believes in a 100% customer satisfaction guarantee. If you are dissatisfied with the product at the time of delivery due to damage or defects, you can refuse the product.

The delivery team will return it for an exchange or refund with no restocking fee. If you refuse the delivery and there is no damage, you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping. This also applies to items that do not fit.
