Shipping Policy
Orders placed on the Gravity website can only be shipped to the US and Canada. The company does not offer expedited shipping.
It typically takes 5-7 business days for an order to arrive within the continental US. Orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii and Canada typically take 10-14 business days to arrive.
Once an order is placed, Gravity immediately prepares it for shipment. Once the order leaves the company’s warehouse, the customer receives an email notification with a tracking number and shipping status update. No order changes or cancellations can be processed at this time.
Gravity does not ship to PO boxes.
Return Policy
Most Gravity products are subject to a 30-day return policy. If customers are not satisfied with their products within this period, they may contact Gravity for an exchange or return.
