Fashionphile ships almost everywhere, with the exception of countries with strict customs regulations for luxury items. Fashionphile offers free, insured domestic shipping within the continental US for the sale and return of items. Products purchased outside the continental US, such as in Alaska or Hawaii, must have a minimum value of $1000 to print a free shipping label. Fashionphile offers UPS or FedEX.

Orders are usually dispatched within 1-2 working days and you will be given an estimated delivery date at checkout.
Orders placed after 12:00PM (Pacific Time) will be shipped the next business day.
Order changes cannot be made once the tracking number has been released.
A signature is required for all orders unless you choose to waive the signature requirement for orders under $500.
Orders with multiple items from different Fashionphile locations may be shipped separately.
Customer is responsible for all customs fees and duties.

Fashionphile Return Policy
We took a look at Fashionphile’s return policy and found that the company accepts returns within 30 days of the purchase date. If the item is eligible, it will be considered for the Fashionphile buyback programme. To receive a full refund, you must attach the Fashionphile authenticity label and the pink return label.

The returned items must be in the same condition and all extras, such as packaging, must be included. If the items are not in the same condition when they are returned, they cannot be returned. The team is trained to look for wear and tear or damage. Refunds are processed within 2-4 business days.

Fashionphile offers free and insured UPS Standard Ground shipping labels for all domestic returns within 30 days of the purchase date. You can retrieve your shipping label when you initiate a return through your account and purchase history. International shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
